Influence of the amendment to the education law on the work of school directors

Final Bachelor thesis deals with the role of the school directors, his functions and work duties. Discusses the bankruptcy proceedings and the position of the founders to bankruptcy proceedings.To determine whether a change in his amendment to the Education Law No. 472/2011 Coll., section 166, influenced the work of school directors, how and in what areas. It deals with the attitudes and opinions of the Board of Directors to amend the law, whether the amendment of the Education Law is from their view the optimal solution. It draws from the research brings the investigation undertaken in a randomly selected group of Directors of kindergartens and basic schools as the initial reaction after application of the changes resulting of the amendment to the Education Law. Judging systems of competitions in dancesport from judges point of view

Title: Judging systems of competitions in dance sport from judges point of view Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to introduce the absolute judging system used on a dances sport competitions 3.0 to a wider public, and to describe differences between absolute judging systems 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0. Next goal is to map opinions, knowledge and attitudes of the TOP judges of the CDSF towards the judging systems of the dance sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data for the elaboration of the thesis was used a method of electronic questionnaires. For the elaboration of a theoretical part of the thesis were used primary sources, professional literature and experts' own materials. Result: The thesis maps used systems of dance sport in the Czech Republic and abroad and their main progress towards objective and measurable judging. Based on survey, the questionnaire reveals the knowledge, opinions and attitudes of the Czech TOP judges towards System 3.0. In fact, the thesis is a breakthrough, because even though the absolute judging system 3.0 is already used in practice, there is still no Czech written documentation of its work or usage. Electronic Questionnaires

The bachelor's thesis deals with electronic questionnaires. Questionnaires features are compared and the simplicity or complexity of the usage and the creation of an electronic questionnaire for common user sis investigated. Principles for creating questionnaires regarding particular usage of the individual questions during interview are the part sof this thesis. Important and therefore the main part of this work is the focus on the individual web-sites that offer the opportunity to create their own electronic questionnaire. In conclusion, the findings from the websites and the evaluation of the best website for creating electronic questionnaires for common users are described.

The European Union from the perspective of the residents of Trhove Sviny

This work is devided into two main parts: the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the development of the European integration, the formation of the European Union, institutions of the European Union, the integration of the Czech Republic into the European Union and projects in the town of Trhové Sviny, which were supported by the European Union. The practical part is based on the research, that is aimed to the comparison of the knowledge and opinions of the population in Trhové Sviny to the European Union and to the European integration. Open and closed questions are used in the questionnaire. The town of Trhové Sviny was chosen, because it is the small town located closed to the South Bohemian regional town called České Budějovice and this region is involved in European structures.
